FOOD SUSTAINABILITY

JULIET WILSON - NUTRITIONIST, ACTIVATOR, EDUCATOR

Most people want to do something positive to push back against climate change, although there’s so much confusion about what’s best for both your health as well as the health of the planet. Find out about plant-based diets, vegan diets, local produce, organic produce and other dietary patterns and how they may impact both you and the planet.

Many of us would like to wake up each day feeling amazing, alongside living a carbon-neutral life to help protect the planet. However, all the confusion about what to do for the best, and how to make a meaningful impact, can dampen our enthusiasm and take chunks out of our energy. Let's face it, while most of us would like to help reverse climate change (and the destruction that is happening as a result) managing our daily ‘to-do' list already feels overwhelming. Find out why and how simple food-related solutions, such as shopping locally and eating more plant-based foods, can help you become healthier while pushing back against climate change.
