2: SETTING YOUR MISSION & VALUES

This session will cover the following:

Mission – You have a vision for what you want your business to look like in 3, 5, 10 years but you now need to establish the way in which you will achieve that vision. What is the legacy you want to leave behind? What is the benefit to all other than yourself? We will work through the steps to establish a clear code of conduct for your business as you reach for your vision.

Values – In line with your mission a business should have a defined set of core values that should be applied to all work and behaviour. A set of core values that work alongside your vision. Weaving these values throughout your business helps steer decision making, success and is a great marketing tool to engage with like minded customers. We will be challenging you to pick 3 core values.

£500 for full course of 8 sessions or £80 for individual sessions
