Self-hypnosis is a portable skill that you can employ to help you reach your goals more easily and to remain 'in the zone' for longer to become more efficient and productive. Once you have mastered the basics of self-hypnosis it also becomes possible to use this skill for PTSD and other traumas.
During this hour session, Vera will look at what processes are happening on the subconscious level and what these processes are influenced by. You will be shown a few easy techniques with which they can influence these subconscious processes to get better results, whether you want to learn to relax fast, improve your confidence or feel less wound up at the end of the day. Attendees will have access to a free self-hypnosis relaxation MP3 available at the end of the session.
Vera Peiffer BA (Psych) FAPHP MNRPC (UK) is an experienced Hypnotherapist with 35 years of private practice. She is also a successful author with a number of published books on popular psychology topics such as fears, habits, stress and positive thinking.
