We can look at different light shaping tools that go on the lights - softboxes, umbrellas. We can shoot tethered - hook up a laptop to the camera so everything comes through live. Bring in something to be photographed if you like. We can look at shooting Raw or Jpeg, editing techniques and fast turnarounds. Web galleries and PDFs.
