5: AGREEING YOUR CORE STRATEGY & KPI’S

This session will cover the following:

Key Business Pillars – what are the key pillars of any business strategy? We will walk you through a set of core business pillars that you need to have control of any incorporate into your strategy.

KPIs – For each key business pillar you should have a couple of business critical KPI’s you should be measuring actions and success against at all times. We will run through the types of SMART objectives and KPIs you can use to set targets & track success for your business and how you can set them accordingly to your vision & values

Core Strategy – For each business pillar you should have at least one core strategic action you need to take to help you hit your business targets in that area. Strategic actions are what drives the business forward. We will workshop the strategic actions you need to take in the next 12 months to grow your business towards your vision.
