This session will cover the following:
Customer Insight – How well do you know your customers? What should you know in order to create the right product and sell it to the right people? We will be walking you through the key areas of customer insight, the customer buying journey and how to build your own customer profiles and use them to make business decisions.
Value Proposition – If you know your customers you know the value that your product or service should bring to them. In this workshop we will explore the needs, requirements, pain points & challenges of your customers to help you define a clear & unique proposition to meet their needs and solve their problems. People buy from people where the value proposition meets their personal needs.
£500 for full course of 8 sessions or £80 for individual sessions
